HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
PARTS AVAILABILITY
- Let us know when you need the parts.
- If you need maintenance parts, they will arrive as soon as the next business day.
- If you need repair parts, they will arrive as soon as the second business day.
- If your parts don't arrive on time, you'll receive Cat Credits for the value of the parts up to $1,000.
SERVICE RESPONSE TIME
- You'll receive second business day technician response to fix or diagnose repairs.
- If your service technician doesn't arrive on time, you'll receive $500 worth of Cat Credits.
