Jarvas Croome

Chief Executive Officer

Jarvas Croome has been Chief Executive Officer of WesTrac Australia since March 2014. Jarvas is a member of the WesTrac Board of Directors.

Jarvas joined WesTrac from Woodside Energy USA where he was the president of the Houston-based organisation. Prior to this he held various executive management roles at Woodside Energy in Australia including Vice President Australian Business Unit and Vice President Technical Services. He has also worked for Shell Australia as a global product and sales manager, and as a subsea engineer with Kvaerner RJ Brown.

Jarvas holds Chartered Professional Engineering status with Engineers Australia and has previously been registered on the National Professional Engineers Register. Jarvas plays an active role in his local community and a member of the Motivation Foundation board.

Adrian Howard

Chief Executive (NSW/ACT)
B.Comm, CA, GAICD

Adrian Howard commenced as Chief Executive of WesTrac in NSW and the ACT in July 2021 following six years working with the company. Over that time, Adrian’s areas of responsibility included strategic growth, and customer and operational excellence. He worked in a range of executive positions including Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining WesTrac, Adrian worked in senior management roles across various sectors including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, construction and mining.

His previous experience included time with Patrick and OneSteel Limited (now InfraBuild), with roles in general management, strategy, business development and finance. 

Richard O'Loughlin

Chief Financial Officer (WA)

Richard O'Loughlin is the Chief Financial Officer of WesTrac (WA). He has been a part of the team at WesTrac since July 2022. Richard has over 30 years experience in financial roles and was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Woodside Energy USA.

Peter Hansen

Chief Financial Officer (NSW/ACT)

Peter Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer of WesTrac (NSW/ACT). He has been with WesTrac since 2017. Peter is a CPA with more than 20 years’ experience in mining, construction and manufacturing industries.

Alister Cant

GM Construction Industries NSW/ACT

Alister Cant is the General Manager of Construction Industries for NSW/ACT. He also has national responsibility for marketing, digital and customer experience. He has been with the WesTrac since 2018. Alister has over 15 years’ experience working for Caterpillar and Cat dealerships.

Danielle Bull

GM Operations NSW/ACT

Danielle Bull is the General Manager of Operations for NSW/ACT. She was previously the General Manager of Product Support and prior to that, spent two years in WA as WesTrac’s Transformation Director. Danielle has been with WesTrac since 2012 and has over 15 years’ experience in transport, logistics and heavy industry.

Geoff Bailey

EGM Sales and Operations WA

Geoff Bailey is the Executive General Manager of Sales and Operations for WA. He has been with WesTrac since 2018. Geoff is a qualified Engineer with an MBA and a Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering degree. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIC).

Jody Scott

GM Resource Industries NSW/ACT

Jody Scott is the General Manager of Resource Industries for NSW/ACT. He has been with WesTrac since 2013. Jody is a qualified Engineer with an extensive background in the mining industry, having previously worked for Bucyrus, Caterpillar and MEM Group.

Kevin Buckley

GM Safety, Security & Risk WA

Kevin Buckley is the General Manager of Risk, Safety and Security for WA. He has been with WesTrac since 2014. Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in managing risks to people and business across a range of hazards.

Kylie Newton

GM People & Culture WA

Kylie Newton is the General Manager of People and Culture for WA. Kylie joins us from ATCO Australia where she has held a number of senior leadership roles over her 11-year tenure with the business; most recently GM Human Resources. Prior to this, Kylie gained experience in various Human Resources operational roles across industries such as Oil and Gas and IT.

Martin Coetsee

GM Information Technology

Martin Coetsee is the General Manager of Information Technology (GM IT). Martin is an accomplished IT Executive with over 25 years of experience in the minerals and mining industry, having delivered IT Strategy, Operating Models, Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems and IT Operations for multinational organisations across Australia, South Africa and the Americas.

Mathew Farrell

GM Customer Solutions NSW/ACT

Mathew Farrell is the General Manager of Customer Solutions for NSW/ACT. Mathew has over 20 years' experience and started at WesTrac in 2012 as Operations Manager.

Nicole Issaakidis

GM People & Culture NSW/ACT

Nicole Issaakidis is the General Manager of People & Culture for NSW/ACT. Nicole has over 25 years' experience in a variety of different industries including health, media, commercial property, construction and financial services.

Paul Gregory

General Counsel and Company Secretary

Paul Gregory is WesTrac's General Counsel and Company Secretary. Paul joined WesTrac in early 2016 and has over 15 years’ legal, governance and commercial experience in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

Rodney Harmsen

GM Warehouse, Logistics and Facilities WA

Rod Harmsen is the General Manager of Warehouse, Logistics and Facilities for WA. He has been with WesTrac since 1987. Rod has over 35 years’ experience in mining services related industries and has worked in several roles across WesTrac.
