While on the phone with you, an expert from WesTrac’s Field Service Team will provide you with advice and assistance by asking a few troubleshooting questions to help determine the problem and help you get back to work. If your machine’s issue is one where help cannot be provided over the phone, they’ll instruct you on the best process to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. This may include booking a field service visit
